it's very functional, cool looking, and rugged. i love the two "armor/shutters" in front of the 12 drive bays up front. the giant side panel fan is smooth and quiet. i am running an i7-Core 940 CPU, with an iNvidia GeForce GTX-295 Vid Card. it's all air cooled and stays below 50C, no matter how hard i push it.
they built this tower with function in mind above all else. you get more with this tower than with most that cost twice as much in my opinion.

I am both happy and unhappy with this case. The airflow is marvelous, and the system runs very cool. Fan noise is low (due to 25cm - that great big honking case fan). Poor design of hard drive bays. Three drive carrier only mounts where PCI-e graphics card goes. Graphics card has what must be micron tolerances - suffice it to say that servicing drives is a real pain. Simple ''hands free'' design doesn't work so well, two drives are just left floating in the case. Hope the next version of this gets some attention to the hard drive layout, because is really is a great case. With Thermaltake Black Widow PS, makes a great gaming/server box. Just wish it could take six sata drives (two SSD's, two 1TB, two 500Gb) without making you resort to creative engineering. |

I've had this case for about 6 months - and I still love it. The only thing I've discovered is that the front grille panels do collect some dust, but a once a week dusting is a small price to pay, imo. Otherwise, still in flawless shape. Great buy. |
