very bad, don't buy
I am an international traveler. Last July I bought one, it's bulky and heavy but it's cheap and so, I took it overseas, it worked and I thought it's not too bad. But, it broke in 3 months, when I turn on, the screen is black, red light flashing and totally dead. Don't buy, its quality is really poor.

As expected
I was only looking to use this as a cell phone and PDA, not for web or email, so it's fine for that. I had a heck of a time getting it to charge at first, but fiddled with the gold tips at the battery and it is charging well now - most of the time.

Phone not unlocked as indicated
The product looks nice. However, when I tried to use it in Africa, it was still locked although I purchased it as unlocked. I spent $20.00 overseas to have it unlocked. Thereafter it worked fine.

Too old and clunky
Do not bother unless you want a phone not made in this century. Beware,returns are not available. Only exchanges and when I waited two weeks to get a replacement phone, they sent the SAME ONE back to me. However, they did finally get another phone to me.

Buyer Beware!
Don't buy this phone! It was sold to me as unlocked and it wasn't. I bought some codes from a website to unlock it and they didn't work. A word to the wise: If you buy it and it isn't unlocked and you enter the code wrong too many times you have to do a much more coomplicated process. I contacted PDA Giant several days ago and have yet to receive the correct codes. Also the limited return policy should be read, no returns. The only thing they will do is replace a defective phone with the same phone. I now have an expensive paper weight!
