Perfect for replacement of socket 478 boards but has newer ddr2 ram and pci-e slot, so you get upgrades to your socket 478 cpu. |

This board had me swtumped until I finally fathomed that the ide drive needs to be connected in order for it to continue boot. Once that was surmounted it proved to be a fantastic buy. |

I bought this board to replace a board that got got fried by lightning. Installation is straightforward and performance is good. The lack of a parallel port is the only drawback. |
