I purchased this phone because it provided me with the capabilities I needed and not a lot of ones I don't need. Basically I wanted to merge the traditional personal information manager features with cell phone capability. I am not a game player, heavy text messenger or mobile EMail or Web Browser. This phone gives me what I need. I was surprised that it lacked a software CD for that |

Underwhelmed!!

What a waste of time and money! I bought one of these ''new'' Treo 650s which, by the way, is a refurbished phone. I paid $42 to have it overnighted to me. Every time I wanted to make a call, I had to do a soft reset (pull battery out or hit reset button w/stylus). It froze up so often, I had to do a hard reset on it 3 times in 24 hours. Didn't want to switch to Windows OS phone from Palm and needed it badly for an overseas trip so I paid to FedEx the phone back and was sent another. Guess what? It wasn't any better. If you buy one of these, my guess is that it'll be a crap shoot as to whether or not it will work. You're probably better off buying a ''used'' one on ebay - better odds of it working. I'm still working on a refund. Should be interesting to see if my shipping charges (twice) are refunded. Prepared to do a credit card dispute, if necessary. BTW, I ended up having to borrow a phone from my boss for the trip. I'm sure he was impressed. |

little expensive for being older model

I can relate to review from October 29. My phone locks up a lot during the day. I have to take out the battery and restart it. Plus it looses all the phone numbers that you have stored. Buttons are small. Will not reccomend this phone to anyone. Very disappointed. |
