Well, I've always built my own system, but the value of this one was too good to pass. Fast CPU, good video card. Only complaint is the fans are a bit too noisy. I'll probably change the stock fans to make it more quiet. Beside that, everything runs rock solid. Nice system! |

I ordered this computer and opted for the standard shipping. It arrived on day 4 (3-7 days) so it was there before I thought it would be. It is a refurb but it looks great, very minor scratches. Plugged everything in and it all worked. I uploaded many files/games/programs and they all work fine with no problems. I love this machine, its so fast and responsive. I was running XP before so this is my first Vista rig and I cant see why people dont like it, honestly. Everything works fine. Games load fast with graphics set to the highest level possible with room to spare. I have had no problems running Vista 64 bit other then my web cam wont work with it. Its not a big deal for me. A rig this good at this price is a smart decision. |

I bought this PC with Gaming in mind. Received it within 2 bus days. It worked great out of the box, with one issue. The DVD rom drive wouldn't recognize any discs. I spent about 2 hours working with Gateway support online and after determining it wasn't software related they shipped me a new drive within 3 days. I replaced and now everything works great. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
Gateway support was very helpful. AAA+ Value Runs Mirror's Edge, Left 4 Dead, Burnout Paradise flawlessly. Very happy customer. Highly recommend this PC. |

Ordering through Tigerdirect is always a pleasure. Ordered online received PC 2-days later. Had a few issues at inital boot up, could not get it to load windows. After a few attempts it loaded. Video card is very good, processor speed is good as well. Boots up very quickly. Runs programs very quickly and able to run multiple programs with no problems. The TV Tuner is amazing with outstanding picture quality. Comes with Operating system disk. The only thing was when I received the item it stated it came with a remote control which was MIA. I have contacted Gateway, but have not received any help thus far. If you are looking for a good quality PC that runs quickly and has a good video card then look no more. If this item comes available again, jump on it and purchase it. |

I recieved this unit four days ago. It was lacking/missing the remote and any type of restore disk. Despite those two very minor things this unit is perfect all around. You can't build this system for what it sells for. 5.9 on the winodws experiance score right out of the box. Excellent value and performance. Removed the fax modem card and replaced it with a Hiro H50069 PCI Wireless Network Adapter that I bought from Tiger Direct for $23.00 with shipping. Added an HP w2207 22'' monitor and I couldn't be happier. All for under $1000.00. The eSata is a nice bonus as well. |
