Purchase Frame after 2 weeks there was a line accross the LCD not an on common problem with picture frames. After 7 or 8 calls to GIINII. The continue to tell me that I'm not in there system. I still have not recieved a rma. I would not recomend any Giinii products. |

Bought three of these for use as gifts. All worked out of the box, one did not want to recognize photos on a SD card until I put the photos in a sub directory, then worked fine. Frame can be used without the outer wood frame, and it still looks nice and has no glare from a front covering glass like a lot of other frames have. Only three drawbacks, when you set it up to go to sleep at night there are yellow zs that show in the upper left corner during the daytime while the slide show is going. Customer service says it is in the firmware for the frame and no updates will be coming out to remove that. The nighttime mode doesn't really seem to work, at least on the one frame I tried it on. If you manually turn it off at night it starts at the beginning of the pictures when turned back on. You can select photos or video to play, but it doesn't seem to be able to do both at the same time, no play the avi videos even if in the same directory as photos. |

One is ok. But the picture is in the middle of the frame. It's not a full picture in the frame.
The other one that was sent is not was I asked and is broken. The Warranty is gone, so I'm stuck with it. |

Nice frame love the how thin it is, loaded it up and had it running in just a few minutes. Menu was a bit hard to navigate but when you get used to it no problem. |
