Ordered two, both arrived on-time and in perfect condition. Had no trouble making system restore disks for the original OS, or upgrading to Windows 7. The case is a little flimsy, but otherwise I highly recommend this system. |

Received unit with power switch not seated correctly. Needed to take apart and reseat. Needed customer support help to do a partition recovery via email. They were helpful. Overall really like this computer. Build an XP system 5 years ago and decided to update. This system is really quiet and fast. Only limiting factor is my internet service which is satelite. |

This is a fantastic system! The packaging was better than expected when it arrived and I bascially just plugged it in, turned it on, and Voila, instant gamer system. At the time I bought it, I could not have built it myself with the same parts for that price. I think the GTX260 is underpowered and would have prefered a faster ATI card but this is good enough for now. I was also easily able to add 3 more HDs to this system for 4TB storage and I didn't even have to open up the case. The drives bays are accessible through the front. I'm not sure if they are Hot swappable but they look like they could be (didn't want to risk it). I also just wiped off most of the preloaded software and I was good to go. Thankfully, I didn't have to call tech support cause it looks like people have had some issues with them. Also the front panel feels a bit flimsy, always afraid I might break it when I bump into it accidentally. This is my first Acer and I'm pretty happy with it. |

I will never buy acer again. India based CS reps and my CPU was damaged at their repair facility. The worst part is they didn't repair the problem, cracked my case and had me ship it back for round 2.
