I purchased this board to replace a failed board with Nforce chipset. I also paired it with a new AMD Athlon II X2 245 2.9Ghz AM3 CPU. Booted up without reinstalling the XP OS and other then a couple of reboots to load drivers the installation was painless. The system has run without issue for a couple of weeks now. This is my second Gigabyte buildup this year and I have been impressed.
