Purchase 3 during the Christmas holidays, gave two as gifts and kept one for myself. The one that I kept stop working before the January timeframe. I've tried to contact the company, there's a number to call to leave a message, however, don't expect a return call. I haven't had a good experince with this product! |

followed the directions all week end and never got it to work and as a bonus my computer kept locking up and the repairman said it was due to this product. Would China put a virus in a product they knew we would download???? This site has good service but I will not buy anything that is not brand name. |

Got 1 mid December (worked fine-had to replace battery in 7 days)
Ordered 3 more for Christmas presents
Got the 3 - All different frames from original. 2 Did not work at all. Scratched and looked refurbished. Returned the two that did not work.
Got 2 more - neither one worked. One of them even had the wrong ac-dc adapter in the package.
Returned the two that did not work.
Got 2 - Both frames worked but remote control on one unit did not work. It was definitely a used remote ( sticker worn off and all scratched up ) (Seemed refurbished) Protective screen cover missing on one unit. Requested a new remote but was told that the remotes were not available. Returned the unit that had remote that would not work.
Awaiting credit for the one unit with the bad remote.
I would recommend a DO NOT BUY.

I took the frame out of the box and set it up with the quick-start guide, plugged in a JPG-loaded CF card, plugged in and turned on the frame, and it has been running fine ever since. Remote requires you to be directly in front of the frame, but works OK. Good resolution for the money. |
