cheap and powerful but you get what you pay for

When I got this card, it came with a random S video cable and driver CD. You'll need a separate DVI cable and TWO PCI Express 6 pin power connections to hook this thing up. Many PCIe capable power supplys have only one. I'm also not sure if the DVI signal is DVIi which would allow you to plug in an adaptor to use a VGA cable. A retail box card usually has power adapter cables and VGA cable adaptors if applicable, so take these potential costs into consideration.
This card is Huge, Loud, Hot, and Power Hungry although this is to be expected of similar powerful graphics cards. I had a few problems, specifically crashing and freezing, while playing on enthusiast level graphics that speculatively could have been caused by a strained card. The heat of the card is causing the brand-name label to peel after a few weeks and the fan doesnt seem to produce very much airflow, but the card seems to function well aside from the above mentioned iss |
