The good, The hardware, 3D and general specs are terrific. Screen is bright, massive, and plays everything in great detail. I ran it for about 3 or so hours on my lap and even though it got hot, i expected it to be a lot hotter.
The bad, I found this laptop for less money somewhere else, a very rare occurance in my long history here-3 star value. Touchpad buttons are wierd, cd drive seems flimsy-4 star quality.
Don't underestimate the 3D technology, it works as a 3rd party app and essentially translates whatever you plug into it into 3D format. Adjusting the 3d image is very easy, and necessary as accurate 3d viewing depends highly on your vantage point. Plugged in some games, a few DVDs, and pictures and the result was amazingly good. |

Bought Core2 Duo Windows 7 64 bit laptop with lots of RAM.
Out of the box it had trouble even running the preinstalled junkware, and forget it for any older software made for XP, not even with compatibility mode.
Tech support was less than useless. After purposely wasting much of my time-weeks, without solving a single issue, they finally came to the point and told me to call in for phone support at $3 per minute.
Not at all the performance or support I would expect for a brand new laptop. I have been buying this company's LCD monitors for a couple years now due to good pricing, but I will not buy another computer made by them. This one went right back and I bought a quality brand. |

We bought this for our 16 year old son for Christmas and what a great value. Our son is a gamer and this laptop is doing all he needs for his gaming activities. The 3D is quite amazing. I expected it to be decent with regards to 3D but honestly, it's OUTSTANDING. The only minor issue we have had so far is that it comes with Windows 7 and our 4 year old fax scan copy printer software will not load because of Windows 7 and the operating system not supporting the printer software. I'm sure if I do some research, I can find the proper drivers for him to be able to install the printer. Other than that, it's an outstanding lapto. Its a great value, has great features and a great laptop for gamers. |

I really love the laptop. I would not waste time with the extended warranty that uses Micromedics. I now how a high end laptop paper weight that is two years old. |

This Laptop is fast with Window 7 64 bit installed with 4 gig s of ram and even faster running Linux the case looks to be black on top in the display photo's online ,but it is Royal Blue I think it is much nicer then black, the screen has a 3D display that shows some very cool 3D video's pre installed. This laptop has every thing you could want but a Blue-Ray player and blue tooth to sum it up. Make a backup of your Hard Drive before you start for the first time. you do not get any software on DVD s with this laptop everything is pre installed Now the bad things are the DVD CD RW unit is somewhat noisy. also I would be careful with the DVD CD RW sliding tray has very thin plastic
