Needed a hands free for the car and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I bought two, one for me and one for my wife, thinking if it didn't work I was not out too much money. To my surprise they both work great and are easy to set up and use. It really is a great hands free and I love that it is full duplex so I can talk and hear at the same time. To my suprise they both work great and are easy to set up and use. It really is a great hands free and I love that it is full duplex so I can talk and hear at the same time. I also don't have very good hearing, but I can hear everything on this little thing. I would recommend it to everyone for there car.

I order 2 of the PM-506 and I am extremely happy. The device took a few times to setup to get it working. The sound is great and it is so easy to use. I gave one to my friend, since she really needs it and she was very happy too. WOW! This little gem works so well, I even use it on my desk as a speaker phone. It is a great value and I would highly recommend it. I will buy a few more as gifts, since driving safety is very important. No more phone distractions while driving!

Sound is too low & tinny sounding for practical use with background noise such as in a car while driving. I use this as a speakerphone in my home office instead. Nice price but don't expect much from it.

I lack experience with other handsfree sets, but the sound quality is not what I would call great. I really need to up the volume to hear well on the speaker, and I'm told that on the other end, it sounds tinny and echo like. I does the job and it's inespensive, but it's also barebones. I'm fine with continuing with it, but I wouldn't buy another one for our second car.
