Item has a little play in it but works fine for my application (pre-drilled and screwed into solid wood) with included hardware, supports max size monitor (or TV) as described...

Bought this as a second thought, not sure that I would need or use and now I sure am glad I bought it and what a great deal when I purchased it with a monitor. Very good quality not like some cheap ones out there. If you want a mount that is above average at a great price, this is the one!
