| | The first time I entered a CompUSA store was to find out about replacing a motherboard to my HP Pavillion Laptop. I met Matthew who presented me with a few recommendations which led me to look into purchasing a new computer a week later at this CompUSA store. The moment I turned on my Sony Viao laptop I had unusual problems. I had no idea what the problem was but I had to return it to the Altamonte Springs, FL location. This was the first time I spent so much on a computer for myself. I received exceptional customer service from Matthew Saporito in the Repair Department at CompUSA. At first I had no idea if I was going to be responsible for any repairs needed to this computer. He reassured me that he would do whatever he could to get things right. I never expected to find someone who was willing to give that kind of attention to a customer. I truly appreciate his knowledge, communication and prompt resolution to my problem.

I walked in or i should say my wife and i walked in to your store ( The one located between Cooper and Matlock on I-20 in Arlington Texas ) anyway we walked in at 9:00 pm yes 9:00 p.m. closing time I had my wife run in before they closed the doors and desperately needed help finding a charger for my laptop and not only did he not seem put out he was glad to help us and even though we did not find the charger for my laptop however he looked it up and advised me to call Toshiba and saved me time money and grief and when the manager motioned for him to hurry up he talked about products i will be purchasing next week and for this reason alone I will am forever now going to COMP U.S.A for computer need and i will never go back to Best buy or Fry's unless your store cannot accommodate my needs Thank GOD for CITIZENS SUCH AS CRISTIAN Thank you young kind sir!!! The world needs salesman like you God bless you Cristian and COMP USA for hiring him! |

| | If anything, this combo's only drawback is that it is so large. It won't, for example, sit on top of my kitchen table, whilst certain other cases in this price range will. But, and it's a big but, is that if so, and if that is all that is the worst one can say about it, then it is all right by me. For if there is room on the floor next to the kitchen table as I build units and have them on the table for a week during assembly of components and my own software, then I'm a happy man. Nice solid case, room for big ol' fans, like the one of the 120mm ones (which it will accommodate, not just the two 80mm fans listed, you can put one 80mm in the front and either a 80 or a 120mm in the upper back position), that will safely draw heat out of the upper rear of the box. 1 120mm in the back keeps all of my major components cool to the touch, which means you should get the quietest fan you can afford (look for a low db rating like 16dba), and you probably have software switches, boot-time choices, or programs on the DVD that you should be getting with any new motherboard you are considering. CompUSA makes it easy to build just what you want, and they have it when you need it. And the price is always right, based on competitor's pricing. Keep it up and I will keep being a loyal customer who shops here first and last... |

| | Every time when we come to our local COMPUSA store on Northlake Blvd. in West Palm Beach, FL we get excellent customer service from salesman Jose, who is very experienced, very pleasant and helpful young man. He always make our shopping experience a good one, always help us find everytning we need. Last time he helped us to buy 27 inch Samsung monitor, and we are very satisfied with it! Jose is excellent person, his knowledge, service and compromise are incredible, we always will continue shopping in COMPUSA because his professionalism! |

| | I was looking for a new monitor for my PC but not just any monitor, a 3D monitor (TV). I was looking around and an employee by the name of Ernesto helped me out on deciding what kind of monitor I should get and he pointed out the Sony 3D LED 40''. It so happened to be the last one in the store but I was just barely short on funds so Ernesto was able to hold it for me until I came back which was about 30 minutes. He was already prepared for me as soon as I walked in. Great job Ernesto!

| | Always a great experience at the Brandon, FL store |
| | The service at Brandon is superlative, and the staff is truly knowledgeable about the products. Last night we stopped by the neighborhood Best Buy to purchase a high-end smart phone and couldn't get anybody to help us. Within 60 seconds of walking into the Brandon CompUSA store we were welcomed and being educated by the staff. This is not much first such experience at this store. |
