| | Hated the old CompUSA, Love the NEW CompUSA |
| | I have ordered from both TigerDirect and the new CompUSA website. Just to clarify, the old CompUSA is DEAD. Systemax and TigerDirect run both the website and several stores. I saw the grand opening sign at the Fort Lauderdale store and decided to take a look. I was amazed at the transformation. It may look similar, but an entirely different buying experience. Prices are some of the best I have ever seen in a brick and mortar store. Should have called the store ''Nerds R Us'' though, because the CompUSA name does have a bit of a bad rap from the previous owners. The store is geekier than ever with more cases, motherboards, video cards, and computer accessories than ever. Very little software, but who cares? Everyone downloads software these days. If you build your own computers or want great deals on new computers or flat screen displays and tvs, be sure to visit the Fort Lauderdale CompUSA, you will be glad you did! |

| | Great price on Lite-ON DVD +R/W drive & shipped ASAP! Just bought a HHD Camcorder at another retailer, wish I'd purchased it here. Now looking for a digital camera. Thanks for having a ton of info on your products. Also, I appreciate that you accept Pay Pal; no need for me to enter card info and it's quick and easy. One request though. I wish you had a Wish List on the site. That would be a great add-on. Keep up the good work. |

I have a card with over $8000 on it and have always paid my bill.
I hope that if not now but in the near future you will start taking
them again.

| | The Bother printer (2040) simply does not work. It does not even print out the test page.The store is closed ande I have two exended warrenties,but no way of getting an exchange. I am hard of hearing and can not call over the phone. |

| | The new CompUSA has amazing prices, they are much better than even the liquidation prices of the old CompUSA, and with a better selection.
The HDTV prices are the best I have seen anywhere, at retail or on-line! |

However, Store Loocator is not working or I havn't figured it out its use. I need to know store locations in California but it doesn't work.
