The N810 is not a phone, but instead allows you to browse the Internet and communicate using Wi-Fi networks or with a mobile phone via Bluetooth. But you can make calls using Skype, or similar services.

The Nokia N810, like all Nokia Internet Tablets, runs "Maemo", the handheld operating system, and provides the perfect central point from which all your applications and settings are easily accessed. Your Home screen is divided into areas for launching applications, a menu bar, and a large customisable area that can display information such as an RSS Feed reader, Internet radio player, and Google search box for example.

This is a great little device with a lot of pros and very few caveats. The OS (Maemo) is Open Source, which means that most apps are free, and there are quite a few apps. No, not iPhone quantity, but how many tip calculators do you really need? The N810 is an iPod killer -- between the included media player and other free ones, this has played every video I've thrown at it, and the screen is HUGE, sharp, and bright (with an automatic dimming feature that works great). Using the built-in GPS is not expensive -- just get MaemoMapper and use one of several freely available map sources. My N810's maps are newer and more updated than my TomTom Go's maps that I just paid for a month ago! It even comes with a free mount for easy use in the car. Basically, this is a mini-PC. This in combination of my bluetooth enabled Palm Treo 755p is the perfect mobile solution for me. |

Product and price as well as speedy delivery is awesome. Wish they sold the Nokia memory to go with it. Bought another brand only to be disappointed that it did not fit into the slot. Can use it on other products though. Unable to load the many apps due to not having the memory to do so. Love the response of the tablet, ease of use and easy to read display. I even like the weight of it and it has a stand that I use over my hand when holding it. Nokia does it again and this is a trustworthy seller. Can give another post when can get more memory to rival the iPod users at work. Was worth the investment as I can even get to my online school with it. |

I have used it for a few weeks and ''being a PC Tech'' I have no complaints (that is rare) I like all the free apps; everyone that sees it asks me where I got it. was great with the shipping.
It is NOT a phone, I am sick of saying that! lol But it comes pre-installed with Skype and the sound quality is better than my laptop. Skype doesn't have Dial Tones so you can't call your bank with it and go through the automated system; You can put your cellphone on speaker and make the tones that way while holding it to the mic. LOL
All and all I give this Internet Tablet 9 out of 10! |

For what it does, it's really great. The problem is that... it doesn't seem to handle authentication driven hotspots. I have roadrunner but... when I attempt to use their speedzones, it errors out and I don't get a request to authenticate. Also, with the numerous hotspots being closed... the only value is through a home connection. The UI is great. The utilities are good. I purchased it to be a PDA, but it doesn't hold the same amount of information as a Pocket PC type PDA. I was not able to hold private.. notelike info. Now don't get me wrong, I'm still a novice... maybe I just need to find the right app. I would still purchase it for what it does... mp3 capability... built in camera... keypad and stylus entry... much better than itouch or iphone where my fingers are too big. The web UI is also awesome, but it sucks it you can't even connect to an open network. |

In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Manufacturer will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the manufacturer know that the handset has been wet. |
