I was looking for a remote to use on 3 TVs, 2 dvr-s, bluray, 2 home theater, dvd player. It works great! This remote makes channel changing on my dvr-satellite- faster. I've always complained about the speed of channel changing on my dvr's thinking it was the dvr. It's not.
I've not finished reading through the owners manual but I've been able to get everything I wanted done with out.
I do have one complaint but I'm sure it's resolvable. I wish the remote buttons for individual components on the screen were re-arrangeable. I find I need 3 buttons-for my bluray- and they are all on seperate screens.

Right out of the box, this unit failed to work properly. First the charging unit failed to charge the battery. Second when assigning different components to control, it failed to recognize then learn from the other remote controls. I only use four components while watching TV - the TV satellite Receiver DVR AVR, and Blu-Ray video player. This unit recognized my TV, and the the AVR, but not the satellite or the BD player. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This thing works pretty much as advertised. I really liked that it plugs into my computer (via USB) and let me do all the settings there. Much easier on the big keyboard.
It has limited control over my Yamaha amp, but everything else works well.
If you're tired of the multiple remote button pushing game, this is for you.
Wont go back to dumb remotes

The control a lacking for control of DVR recorder. Step forward and backward does not work. Doesn't provide listing of recorded programs. The preprogrammed power on and power off does not work consistently...have to result to the help option to turn on and turn off componets that has been preprogrmmed such as Watch TV or Watch DVD.
