Got it home, plugged it in to my linksys NAS, reformatted and presto! 1TB network storage up and running. Quiet and runs cool. So far so good! |

this was a good hard drive until it crashed two months after i purchased it. to get a warrenty repair, first you have to get an RMA number, you can only do this thru email. first you have to request a number then they will email back and ask what went wrong with it in about two or three days and then and only then and only if you answered the questions correctly, they will send an RMA number by email in about two or three more days. hope you don't need that hard drive. and by the way, do not try and call repairs can only be done by email. |
