First of all, on the upside, this card offers some really great features, especially double/quad headed monitor setup. The downside is that after a couple of weeks my card died. I sent it back to Visiontek in the latter part of Dec 2008. I received it beginning Jan 2009, and it is still dead. So, shipping costs, downtime, and disappointment. I do think that if you get a good card, life is good, and probably deserves 5 stars, however, my experience has been radically different. Good Luck. |

Been running mine since 2008 febuary and I have nothing bad to say I have owned ATI and Nvidia but my last 3 cards have been Nvidia playing Left 4 Dead everything MAX on a 25.5 samsung lcd @ 1920 x 1200 runs perfect. Mine is the Asus 3870x2 and I am selling it to upgrade once again. Anyone interested and (300 dollars) comes with everything original box bill of sale 510.00+tax and remainder of the 3 year warranty. borgster@hotmail.com |

UNBELIEVABLE!! When I opened the box I was completely BLOWN away by the look of this card, IT'S A BEAST!! Installing the card was easy and was recognized/installed by Windows Vista automatically. I was scared the card would be tooo big to fit my mid-sized case (also from TigerDirect) but it fit perfectly!! The graphic difference is awesom, even jus looking at the Windows Desktop on my 30'' monitor impressed me. First game I tested with Second Life online and tho not real graphic intense, the game looked incredible. Next was COD4 which was freaking gorgous!! Sooo far, the only CON from getting this, is the time it took TigerDirect/UPS to deliver it, took 10 business days (13 days) which seemed like forever (haha)when it boasts of quickest delivery. The PC bought from Tiger was delivered in 4 days and came from the same location. Also I noticed, that 3 days after I ordered this, the price went from 329 - 500 which is a bit much, but its still worth it, MOST IMPRESSIVE LOOKING CARD EVER |

Great card. I was worried about the length of the regular 3870x2 and 4870x2, and decided to go with this one, not sure if the size is the same or not but it looked smaller on screen, and am glad I did. A very nice overclock and FANtastic cooling Lol, have yet to meet its match in game: running flight sims, halo 2, and shadowrun. Price seems about right, so BUY IT! |
