The ultra-hip HTC Touch Diamond smartphone may look like it is designed for fashionistas,
but this feature-packed phone expertly combines innovation and high-tech performance.
Integrated with a 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen, it features four times more pixels than any
other phone. Its touch-responsive user interface, TouchFLO 3D and ultra-fast HSDPA Internet
connectivity feels like you're using a notebook PC. It allows you to get in touch with the
world with its Internet browser, connecting to major search engines and infotainment sites
such as Google, YouTube, and Wikipedia. It also comes with a 3D graphics processor that lets
you see the images clearly.
This powerhouse runs on a Qualcomm MSM7201A 528MHz processor and runs Windows Mobile
6.1 Professional operating system. It can connect to HSDPA and WCDMA networks and supports GSM, GPRS and EDGE technology. WCDMA offers high-speed transmission used in the Japanese FOMA system and in the UMTS system, a third generation follow-up to 2G GSM. EDGE or Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution, on the other hand, is a technology that allows faster data transmission rates and improved data transmission reliability.
As a media entertainment gadget, it is equipped with a 3.2-megapixel camera with auto-focus
function so you don't miss a moment with your family and friends. To keep all the files that
you need at work and maintain your personal files, it comes with 4GB internal memory to
help you manage your business contacts, audio playlists, videos and photos, and
artwork. It also has a second camera on its upper left side that takes VGA resolution pictures using a CMOS sensor. It also comes with a built-in microphone, speaker and FM radio with RDS.
Having Bluetooth wireless connectivity and A2DP will allow you to seamlessly transfer and
get media files from any electronic gadget like a notebook PC or a PDA. The smartphone's
GPS lets you get to your destination without a hitch. It also has an HTC Weather tool that
provides weather updates at home and overseas. Supported by GMS technology, it
allows you to call from almost anywhere in the world. Other GSM modes supported include GSM
1900, GSM 1800 and GSM 900.
Powered by a rechargeable Lithium-ion or Lithium-ion polymer battery, it has up to 270
minutes (WCDMA) and 330 minutes (GSM) of talk time, and standby time of up to 396 hours
(WCDMA) and up to 285 hours (GSM). Users can also do video calls for up to 145 minutes
(WCDMA).
The HTC Touch Diamond smartphone is also integrated with a mini-USB port and HTC ExtUSB or a
11-pin mini-USB 2.0 and audio jack in one. Location of the buttons is user-friendly, it has a stylus tucked on the right side, and volume control on the left side. Also, at the bottom of the phone is a strap holder, a sync connector and earphone jack and microphone connector.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT DEFECTIVE RETURNS ON CELL PHONES:
Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
