This mouse does not work well on all surfaces. Mine will start hesitating and won't move the cursor smoothly to where I want it. I often have to lift the mouse off the surface and start again. I think it is the blue laser used on a mottled blue surface that messes it up.
The extra thumb button on the side can be useful for navigating the Web.
Pros 5 button design makes browsing easier.
Cons Huge size could be Pro for those looking for bigger mouse. Does not work on my bed when Im using the laptop in bed.
Personally, Ive had better no-name brand laser mouses for the same price. Im not a graphic designer gamer, so I don't need a super accurate mouse, but I do a lot of surfing in my room and it doesnt work on the surfaces that I need.

This is an unbelievable price on a great mouse. I've had one of these for a couple of years and bought this one for a second PC. You'll love it.

Overall I am very satisfied with this mouse, but I do have a few problems. I used to use the middle click a lot for web browsing and it seems very difficult to middle click, but I was able to easily reassign the left button to be the middle click. Also, sometimes I've noticed some erratic movement, but it's fairly minor. It's certainly worth the $20 I paid for it.
