My battery was not working correctly, this was the worst experience i have ever had. HP tech support, customer service was incompetent and every call to them was at least an hour! They still haven't resolved this issue months later. DO NOT BUY HP PRODUCTS! |

bought two and both performed as expected, however, one had scratch on display - asked for replacement in November - out of stock - then no longer available - then maybe - then no - finally got this resolved on Feb 24th - customer service tries - just very ineffective |

Plasic is cheap.
Finger print problem - never knew what this meant until this computer!!
I got XP, Vista, Win 7, 4 Gb ram, 2.1 Dual core, DVD-RW shipped for 600. The same on hp's site is 1000.
Lots of great software!!!!
