Great product for a few months. Will not work with Windows 7. They (Nuance) should give an update or patch, not make someone buy a brand new program. |

I work in a Radiology area with a Nuance product, which gave some familiarity. For my copy, it's nice and I've used it some.
For my brother who is suffering from ALS, it has been marvelous. He had all but quit using his laptop, one of the primary vehicles he used for social interaction. NaturallySpeaking has given this back to him and you can see a spark has been re-kindled. For that I am grateful. |

My wife had to reload several times. Still not working great. Even taking the quick rebate at a reduced rate it still took almost 5 weeks to get. |

The learning process was long,before I could put it to the test my computer kept freezing up. I had to uninstall it to get my computer working. After reinstalling more problems. I waited for updates from Windows,but there were non that helped.
Their rebate offer is also complicated and set up for mistakes. I went through alot of trouble just to get the application and when I got it it had questions I coulldn't find the answers to.
All considered I cut my losses and returned the item before time ran out. It cost me shipping both ways and many hours of my time. |

I am not a quick or accurate typist, so I bought this product to make my job easier. I had an older version of the product and was satisfied with it. I am very satisfied with the new one also. I like the fact that it learns as you use it. This means less and less misspelling as you use it. |
