my company bought 10 of these kits for our Solidworks workstations, both sticks in one kit didn't work, one would not POST the other caused immediate BSOD
i have used OCZ memory for a while now, ( i have 8 gigs of ddr2 1066 FATAL1TY edition in my home gaming machine for over a year now), this memory just seems to be hit and miss, but when it works properly, it is fast reliable ram, don't inspect the rebate though, i am still waiting on 2 of them from memory i bought in june of 2009)
would purchase again

If your motherboard does not automatically get the correct settings, this RAM is crazy hard to configure properly. I've been working with OCZ for over a week and it still will not work.
I got this RAM in a barebones kit and it runs vary, vary well with the motherboard that also came in the kit. I got a new motherboard for a Core i7, and it will not work properly.
If you get this RAM in one of the kits from this company or you can get it to work in your system, it is amazing.

I have frequently had to return memory, and this was another case. One of the two DIMMS failed to POST. The part was replaced without trouble and the new part worked.
