Bought this in Feb 2010 and now it is May 2011 and the year warranty is up and the blu ray is not working now. I am so not happy right now.

Love this blu ray player. I got the refurbished one at a really good price. Had it for over 6 months with no problems. Use it daily to watch Netflix. Was happy with the clarity of movies. It was able to play scratched dvds with no problem. I love the fact that it turns off if idle too long. Would definitely recommend this product.
