This is a good remote but I would skip it and spend the extra to get the Harmony ONE. I have both remotes for separate rooms and I gotta tell you. This is a terrific remote, until you pick up the Harmony ONE. Then you feel like this is from the stone ages. |

This remote works great. Controls my TV, audio and media center PC with no problems at all. Pretty easy to set up too. I would recommend downloading the newest version of their software from Logitech's website before initial setup though. |

This remote has been great so far. I bought it as a x-mas gift for my mom who has 6 or so remotes and can never figure out which one does what. It was a snap (for me) to program. There were a couple little issues I came across during programming that my mom would never have understood. It works great though. The only complaint is the small size buttons and text. My mom has a hard time reading them. |

For some reason there are people who think spending more than $200 on a remote is justified. This one is simple to use and program and controls most devices which are found in perhaps over 95% of homes. Easy to learn and easy to use. Sometimes the buttons dont end up doing everything that particular function was intended for, but there's a help button which will then troubleshoot and take you through a check on the concerned devices.
Not 100% sure about the quality of the buttons. They are too small and Im not sure how well the volume buttons will hold up to some punishment, hence the 3 starts for quality alone. If you can find this unit for below $40, its worth it. |
