Bought two pearls as replacement phones for my wife and son who are both on our rogers family plan here in Ontario, was very easy just took the sim card from under the battery in the old phones and placed it in the pearls and a way they went, one pearl had an issue with the battery that was shipped with it, I called the number that came with the phone and they sent a new battery it took about two weeks.

Not as advertised There is no keyboard. Very difficult to read. There is no cover. Not at all what I was led to believe. |

Purchased the phone, plugged in my GSM card, and away we go. Packaging appeared as if new, and the product worked as billed. This manufacturer does make good products and this fits the bill.
If you want the qwerty keyboard, you may want to purchase another model. this uses contextual character recognition--it tries to figure out the word as you are typing--which works pretty well once you're used to it.
The only beef I have with the phone is that the ringer is too quiet, and I have not been able to figure out how to add the |

I had bought a Blackberry from this site which is now causing me the biggest headache. They sent me a phone that worked for about 2 months (with a few glitches along the way) and now it's being completely useless. I bought their warranty plan and I spent an hour on the phone trying to get something out of it. They make it so it doesn't cover anything and made me jump through hoops before they informed me they can't do anything. I would never buy anything from this site again. Don't waste your money. |

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT DEFECTIVE RETURNS ON CELL PHONES:
Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
