Great product! Honestly, the only thing it's lacking is the ability to duplicate RF (good for ceiling fans that are RF based). Other than that, it's great. The software for the remote is available for both OS X and Windows.
The only thing holding me back from a 5 stars on performance is the fact that the software used to configure the remote is far from intuitive. I am a software engineer, and even I had original difficulty memorising and navigating through its software. It's clunky, slow, and poorly designed. HOWEVER, the software does what it's supposed to do - configure this great living room toy. |

THIS IS SO EASY TO USE, SINCE I AM TECHNICALLY CHALLEGED. I HAD 2 OLDER ONE WHICH WERE STOLEN WITH TV'S AND SO I JUST REPLACED WITH NEWER ONES. ALSO IT WAS GREAT TO KNOW THAT LOGITECH COULD SHUT THE OLD ONES DOWN AND THE THEIVES COULD NOT USE THEM. THE LIGHT ON THEM MAKES IT EASY IN THE DARK. |

Solid product. By far the most efficient way to control moderate to complex AV systems. Setup is rediculous. The web-only interface requires far too many clicks to perform simple tasks. It is simple, and well automated, but frusterating. Fortunately the product is so good once configured that it's worth the trouble during setup |

4 Stars on quality,enclosed disc would not install.Got newer version of software,it works great.A lot of options to choice from,when you get the hang of it. |

This remote was well worth the money. Have purchased another Logitech awhile back for almost three times the price. Now I came across this one and it is better then the other one I bought awhile back. This has more features and it is thinner and easier to run. It's well worth the money!!!!!! |
