Gateway I have ever owned
I typically purchase nothing but Gateway computers but this product may change my mind. I bought this product June 2010 and have had a plethora of problems. Most recentl the fan on the graphics card went bad and I had to replace it. I've never replaced a graphics card due to problems. Now the PC will not start. It gets power but the power light doesn't light up and no peripeherals start up. Needless to say nothing displays on the monitor. Guess I will have to take in for servicing.

Sadly, did not work
This looked like an outstanding value, and had great feature set. My unit was refurbished, and it couldn't read anything from the DVD unit, so it was returned.

Great value for the price
I had some problem to acces to internet on first run. I uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer and it correct the problem. Since then, I had other problem. Very quiet, quick reboot and good perfermances.

Best Computer to Date
This is by far the best computer I have bought. I had a bad experience with Gateway about 15 years ago, and decided to give this one a try. Excellent price, and the computer is running like a dream.
