Out of the box this thing looks brand spanking new. I have noticed two small faint white spots near the bottom border of the screen but only when the screen is all black. The picture and sound quality are great. I am very happy. The shipping, on the other hand, was another story. They def have trouble keeping with the scheduled time range for delivery so stay on top of them. |

Screen flashes like a strobe light for the first 5 minutes of it being turned on. then does it randomly while watching tv. Didn't have any qualms about buying a refurbished, do to my last purchase of a Visio 42 |

I've owned this TV for about 2 months, and I love it! Plenty of inputs, great picture quality, and a low price make this a deal that's hard to beat! Certified Remanufactured products are full of WIN! |

This is an amazing TV. Everything it promises. The part that was not great was the delivery company. I never got a call that the TV was in to arrange for delivery so I has to find out what was going on and do all the calls to get it delivered. Then they said they only delivered Monday thru Friday 12-5 PM. Even though the recording said that they delivered on Saturdays. So I all is all a good TV but bad delivery service and for 100 dollars for delivery I think better service is in order. |

For the price, this deal cannot be beat. The picture quality is fantastic, and it had surprisingly good integrated speakers. The only qualm I had with my order was that the refurbished TV was scratched in several places on the frame around the screen. However, what more can you expect from a refurbished product. |
