Excellent product. Only had it for a month but working great. Don't knowyet if the surge protector works but I don't want to find out. Definitely purchase again. |

Great product for the price. If your waiting to buy this, don't. I bought my unit for $49.99, and have noticed the price has gone up to $69.99 in a few weeks. My only complaint is the amount of LED's on the unit (the thing lights up like a Christmas tree LOL). Nothing some well placed strips of electrical tape can't solve. All and all a great buy. BTW don't forget to register the unit to be covered under warranty. |

Found simaler products with same warranty and stats, but none near this price. Plus it's an USA product. I have no complaints. I don't see a difference in picture quality on 52'' Sony Bravia LCD TV. I bought this one to replace my 2 dollar surge that fried when we got struck by lightning. Wish I had this product b4 it happened. |

present, consult a qualified electrician to examine your outlet's wiring.''***If the light is on it is grounded. No mention of color simple on it's working, off it is not. Poor choice of light color, and poor reading comprehension skills. |

I know there are others out there that sell cheaper.. I know that of those others, some even say they can withstand unlimited. Unlimited? Nah.. not from those name brands. I will stick with Tripp Lite because I know they are quality. 5700 Joules is good. Besides, this unit surpasses any unit Tripp Lite has within this price range in their active product list. This is a gem. Compact, Blends in with the electronics good enough, and has no annoying blinking lights. I cannot report if this works though. I hope I never have to find out. But, I trust that it will provide substantial protection.
On a side note, it could use more outlets. Or, I could always just plug a power strip in it for additional outlets. |
