good luck with customer service. took me 5 weeks to get the tv repaired. and it still does not work properly. |

Words cannot describe how good everything looks on this TV. My 360 is absolutely stunning, and with it hooked up to my computer with Blu-Ray, it's amazing. It was just under 850 to get it to my house. Definitely work every penny.
Only problem is Yellow shipping. They are a freight company, so the TV was strapped on top of a pallet and sent that way. Yellow was very fast about getting it from the warehouse to the local Yellow distribution place, but they were not in a hurry from there. Call Yellow, and ask to pick it up at their distribution center and drive there. You will save about 2 days. |

I bought this GV47LF more than a year ago, and it has been great. The picture quality is pretty good, and looks even better with HD channels and from 1080p signal from the PS3.
Like how there are separate buttons on the remote for hdmi, component, TV, RGB, and PC. Makes the Logitech 550, change video inputs quickly.
No problems with the TV. |

First, let it be known that whenever you purchase a refurbished item the possibility of the product coming to you with a problem is a little higher than if purchased new. This happened to me when I received the Vizio GV47LF. However, I don't believe I've ever experienced the high level of service I received after notifying Vizio of my problem. I am now the happy owner of a fantastic working GV47LF! I mounted it up and showed it off to family and friends. Have confidence in buying this TV, Vizio's support was superb! Thank you Tiger Direct..and thank you Vizio! |

Previously I purchased a refurbished 42 inch Vizio from Tiger last year and have had no problems. I decided from my previous good experience that I would purchase the 47 inch for my living room. I just received my TV today and unwrapped it from the box. Holy crap! This thing looked like it got dropped out of a second story window. The screen had massive cracks and the right side had a dent with a crack. I was in shock. I immediately called Tiger trying to keep my composure. I mean I can understand a dead pixel, but this is just crazy. The outside of the box seemed fine so this must have been a mix up in the factory. Anyway, the rep from Tiger was really nice and she said they will have another one out to me in 8-10 days. I'm kind of disappointed that I have to wait more time, but you can't beat the price. We'll see what happens when the new one arrives. |

I had mine for 9 months and it had a power problem, just shut off. Waiting for a repairman now. Get the extended warranty! |

DO NOT BE AFRAID TO BUY THIS HDTV. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. I HAVE HAD MINE FOR A MONTH NOW AND HAVE HAD ZERO PROBLEMS. $500 BUCKS OFF RETAIL HOW COULD YOU GO WRONG! |
