The grandma and grandson can operate this video calling features with equal ease. Installs beautifully. The only drawback is that it tries to mail video with Outlook rather than Yahoo which I haven't figured out yet. |

Esay to connect, transmission of picture and audio is superior to the transmission we recieve from 'built-in' computer cameras. Having a camera separate from the computer is more convenient than passing around the laptop. Special video effects are fun to play with. Works well with Windows XP and high speed internet. Takes adequate pictures too. Shipped in good time, excellent package protection. |

Easy to hook up and use , provides great sound and video without any tweaking of settings. I have not had any problems using this accessory since I purchased it. I would recommend it for someone looking for high quality sound and video for internet conference and video calls. |

The Logitech Pro 9000 web camera is an excellent product. It's simple to set up and easy to use. The picture quality is very good (far better than three other cameras that I've used), the sound quality is equally as good, and the additional features are useful as well. |

Out of the box and running in 15 minutes, Even my wife saw the difference and was able to access the features. Even if the product went south, it deserves to use the name pro. |

This camera was good while it was working, I had it for four months and then one night it decided that it would no longer recognized my computers audio. I could see myself, but not hear myself, it was frustrating. The following day after uninstalling and reinstalling several times, the camera began freezing my computer and finally quit all together. Maybe I just got a bad camera, but for $100 I'll not buy another and risk this happening again. |

I bought this cam a few months back, its done a wonderful job for me. both the sound and picture quaility are surpurb. it see very good in low light conditions. i would recomend this to anyone looking for a web cam |
