A GOOD BUY...PURCASED TWO AS THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. WAS REPLACING ONE THAT WAS GIVEN AS A GIFT THAT HAD BROKEN, UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE DIFFERENT VERSIONS SO WHAT I HAD ON SD CARD DIDN'T WORK BUT FOR THE PRICE WOULD BUY AGAIN |

I sent this to my granddaughter as a gift. When it was received there was no instructions and no software for video conversion. I went to the Sandisk web site and you can't get the software there. I had to make a copy of mine and send to her. Otherwise it is a very good product but don't buy without all the items it needs. |

I purchased two of these for my children ages 8 and 7. They are easy to use and a good product for the money. We did not have a lot of the problems that were posted in some of the other reviews. The only problem was when we tried to put photos and images on it, the format was not the correct one. We still do not know how to correct that. We loaded the music to it and the MP3 players worked very well. The battery life is good. The kids also like the voice recording option. |
