This GPS company has pulled out of the US market, their tech support can only be reached by email and is slow to respond, map updates are almost non-existent.

Charged for 24 hours upon arrival. Would not power on! This is the second one I've had to return for credit. Touch screen on the other one was erratic enough to make it unusable. Wish I still had my first one, which was stolen. It worked great. |

Step 1 - Secure Your Product ID
Get your Product ID from your device. (e.g. APTNC-8U6P7-7HFH3)
- A. Go to the Main Menu
> Options
> Service Activation
- B. Note your Product ID for
future reference
Step 2 - Get Your Unlock Code
Go to www.navigon.com/activation
to register and get your unlock code.
- A. Scratch off the gray back of
your activation card to get
your activation code
- B. Go to navigon.com/activation
and select service activation
- C. Open your personal account
with your Product ID and
the Activation Code found on
the back of your NAVIGON
Lifetime Traffic card as
directed
Step 3 - Your unlock code will be generated online
It will also
be emailed to you for easy future reference. Unlock Traffic on Your Device. Enter your 18-digit Unlock Code to unlock traffic on
your device.
- A. Go to the Main Menu
> Options
> Service Activation
> Next and enter unlock code
- B. Press to unlock.
A confirmation screen
will appear.
Press “OK” to exit.
