This board works great i run 4 sticks of 1066 ram with no issues, that other guy is probably not using a 64 bit OS nor his friend, a 32 bit os will only support 3 gigs of ram regardless of how many your using. In total im running 8 gigs of ram! works great would buy again if not for the i7 stuff coming out!
Awsome Board

I bought this board and havent looked at another since. It does support 8 gig 4 sticks so go learn how to setup a computer if you say it dont. The profurmance is great not one error yet since installed it. I have already recomended it to others since it outruns the 750i boards which alienware uses so all over 5 star no questions about it
Meh...

Mobo started smoking after trying to do SLI. Mobo layout is bad.
Got my money back asap and got a asus. XFX has good video cards, but their mobo's aren't as great.
Works Great

Works great with my phenom 9650 x4 but i have had 2 problems with it, first problem i found was that it would not support 4 sticks of 1066mhz ram, only 3 sticks at the most. My friend tryed 4 sticks in his motherboard too and it doesnt work. so DONT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE 4 STICKS OF 1066 RAM. One more problem i had was that my motherboard was shorting on my case but i fitted it in another case and the problem went away
good deal when on sale

i got mine for $99 with a rebate. had for about 8-10 months. first one was no good and had to R/A. was good about that. got me a replacement real fast. second worked fine and is still trucking. have a AMD phenom quad core, 600W PS, 2 G RAM, no vid yet but 500G hd and DVD burner. board handles all nicely. plan to add vid, second HD and burner. my tower allows easy access so it was a snap to install. this was my first build and teh XFX was a good choice for me. my rear panel didn't line up precisely but i guess that is tower/MB config issues. everything still plugs in ok and is solid. it has plenty of slots but wish it had more USBs. can add busses but would rather have on board from start.

I have been running my board now for about 3 months since the purchase with 0 issues. I had none when I got it and none to date. Currently running:
xfx 750a sli mobo
amd phenom 9500
9600gt bfg oc pci-e
250gig barracuda 7200 sata hdd
550w psu
case with massive fans built all over.
Pros - Easy to get up and running. Runs all my gear great and cool in my new case with no crashing errors or any problems.
Cons - The Paper manual conficts with the cd manual and tells you do put a jumper 1 way when its supposed to be another way when you look on the cd. Ignore the paper.
Overall this is a great mobo for both casual users and gamers. I haven't overclocked on the board due to having only 550w psu. I also heard it can be crap to do even though it is simple so I just haven't tested that out.
It is a good buy if you are looking for a nice board for your nvidia setup. :)
Great Deal

I set my expectations pretty high. Im a certified tech so setup was pretty simple. nothing incredibly confusing... im running windows 7 RC1 and with this board and a Phenom 9500 and 4GB of Corsair XMS2 RAM and did a windows experience index rating I got a 4.3 as my lowest being windows aero.. It will play the majority of video games that are out there with the onboard card. Used to blue screen on me until I downloaded the drivers from XFX's site... Make sure you have an 8 pin power supply... Before I upgraded my CRT monitor, I could put my computer on hibernate and when I booted it back up it would take longer for my black dell monitor to turn on then it would my computer to boot back up... Pretty friggin fast if you ask me... 5 star...

I like the board works good for me knowing that many other people have had some problems with it. It does take some fine tuning to get it all working together well but once you have it done it runs great.

I have seen terrible reviews for this board elsewhere but with my experience owning both XFX mobo and GFX cards, their customer support is fantastic and so is their limited lifetime warranty. (Be sure to register within 30 days of purchase.)
Rather than list all the pros of this board I will state the short list of cons.
If you are an overclocker THIS IS NOT YOUR BOARD.
- You cannot alter the CPU multiplier through the BIOS.
- Adjusting the voltage to the NorthBridge to anything above 1.35v = burning the board up.
- RAM limited to 533mhz clock.
- The latest graphics cards seem to have issues with PCIe multipliers. (9 Series runs great though.)
All that said with a liquid cooled cpu I am running a Phenom 9750 OC'd to 2.8Ghz and two 9800GT's OC'd to 700Mhz. With a northbridge cooler I think I may be able to push up to 3ghz out of the 9750.
