Pros: Excellent picture quality. Light, maneuverable, and stylish. Great features. Blindingly bright if you want it to be. Swivel base is a nice touch. Awesome awesome awesome!
Cons: I use mine as a bedroom tv, so I was underwhelmed by the sound. Basically it sounds like someone turned on their headphones really loud. Plugged my old PC speakers into headphone jack, and sounds fine, though now I have a cord dangling from the side. Also, delivered in the manufacture's box, and was taped so well shut, had to destroy the box to get into it. Make's it hard to return, though absolutely no reason to return. Well worth the quality though, don't let it discourage you!
I've had this tv for about a month now, and couldn't be happier. I use it mainly for gaming in my bedroom, and if you're going to be sitting about 5-8 feet away its perfect. Also works great for watching cable, made me want to upgrade to HD service! |

I have enjoyed using this monitor, I got it about a month ago. I am not using sound, and I have never used it as a TV, so would not comment on user friendliness of the menu, etc. However, as a monitor, I have been very pleased. Samsung quality, no damaged pixels. |

this Monitor-tv is huge way bigger then i thought it was going to be watch the vid above look how big it is compared to the guy. this thing makes a 22 in look tiny if you need a monitor and can afford this then do it you will not be disaponted im about 8 feet away and can read it great at 1920x1200 3 years no worries no bad pix wish i got this a long time ago and so will you when you figure how to open the box(remove staples) what are you waiting for get your card out the sooner you order the faster it gets to you and the happier you will be!!! |

I think the sound would be more clear and less muffled if it came from the front of the monitor instead of the bottom but the speakers are hidden from view as they are. In monitor mode, if you select Color Tone and change it to custom, the RGB values are still grayed out but I don't think they need to be changed anyway. I didn't want to mount mine but if you want to you need to purchase a separate adapter to make it wall mountable, and then buy a wall mount to actually mount it. The remote has a symmetrical look, so sometimes I pick it up upside-down and hit the channel button instead of the volume button. Cons aside, everything else is excellent. I use this as a TV, monitor, and for Xbox360. Some menu options are: Power light and Melody(and volume) on-off, equalizer for audio, brightness of backlight. Check the manual for more. Tried various screen resolutions and setups(single and dual monitors) on my Linux OS, worked perfect. |

Well after waiting for it to clear a long inventory check I received the monitor. Shortly after I noticed it was defective. Had to send it back and wait forever to get a new one. Set up the new one and noticed they gave me a defective power cord. Thank god that is an easy fix, because I didn't feel like playing the waiting game for another 2 weeks. After all was said and done, I got about 2 days to enjoy it before the credit statement came in.... On the bright side, after I replaced the crappy power cord, it has worked flawlessly. |

This is a great TV, no problems here. In hindsight I might have bought the 24 inch, which is a better value, as this is plenty big. I also appreciate the 11% extra vertical pixels versus a 1080p TV as this is a 1200p. |

I finally broke down and bought this and now I wished I would have done it a long time ago. At the office when not on the computer I switch over to TV and catch up on sports. all I can say is get it and get it now. |
