I've had the monitor for close to a month, with no problems. Switching between inputs was an important feature for me, and it's as easy as pressing a button and waiting a second or two for it to switch. I use the HDMI for a PS3 and DVI for my PC - picture is perfect for both. No dead pixels, and the speakers will come in handy when I need to keep things quiet when on the PS3. Also, it doesn't have that shiny, glass-like surface on the screen, so there's no glare - it's smooth. I would definitely recommend this monitor. |

The thing I like most about this monitor is that it doesn't have a glossy screen, just a flat matte screen. The viewing angles are excellent and doesn't get drowned out by the sun during the day. The screen is large so there's plenty of screen real estate for whatever your working on. The resolution is HD so it plays games very nice. Plenty of inputs for whatever you want to plug into it. I have my computer and 360 plugged into it and can switch back and forth so I don't have to unplug one or the other. Colors are sharp, there is no ghosting and text is easy to read. The only thing I don't like about it is instead of a physical button it has touch buttons for menu settings, etc. I hate touch buttons because they are not as responsive as a physical button. Not necessarily a gripe against the monitor but with the industry itself that seems to be following that trend.
Overall for the money, this monitor simply cannot be beat, excellent purchase. |
