FAST SHIPPING!
I've got to say the sound quality is superb. The small backup phone i had been using was driving me and my boyfriend insane. He couldnt hear what i was saying and I have a hard time repeating myself.
Pro's:
Great sound quality. Honestly, I love it
Perfect keyboard. Easy to use. Not too big, not too small.
Surprisingly slim design (fits easily into small pocket books, pockets. Just be careful that you don't butt-dial. Haha!)
Easy to use features like text and internet browsing
Prompt shipping! I got it in under 24 hours.
Surprisingly good camera. I was kinda shocked. lol
Cons:
Slow start up. Not ridiculously slow, but it does take a few extra seconds to turn on the phone.
Nothing I can't deal with though.

Got this phone for UPS today. Fantastic! :) It works great, put my AT&T SIM card in it and was ready to struggle using the Keyboard. I need more practice. :P Overall, the phone is great, USB Cable AND disk included, which was nice. Just watching my bill to be sure AT&T doesn't try adding their Data Plans. |

Must say I was afraid, but I did receive the phone, it worked and I am totally satistied. Please go ahead and trust. I just got my phone today and its just what I expect. First time I got an unlocked phone, upgrade with the att windows and my phone just works fine.

I was hoping to have better luck with this device since other customers seemed to have had problems with their purchases in the past, and I assumed that this would have since been corrected. Wrong. After charging mine and consulting the user's manual (which I had to download from Samsung because one isn't included with the order except a brief over-simplified guide with little information), I could not get it to even power up. I e-mailed TigerDirect's customer service and they informed me I must deal with PDA Giant, who doesn't even have a website. Worse, their customer service department is NOT available in the evening or on weekends. I can't make any comments on the phone's features or usability because it didn't work. If you need an unlocked AT&T phone, don't waste your money. Total aggravation... |

I am very grateful direct direct has such great savings for its customers. The phone has great futures, excellent G3 speed, surf the web with easy, texting is easy as well. Believe me, I think this is the best phone I have used in a very long time. This phone does kick ass.
Go ahead and get this phone if you are considering it, you will not regret it |

Supplier will thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Supplier will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the supplier know that the handset has been wet. |
