This TV is very good value for the size and price point. Great picture on HD Cable. Viewing angle is very good left and right but some loss when viewing from below. I just put some wedges under the base to tilt it down a bit. I was looking at some others but reviews indicated the sound was poor. Very good sound on this unit.
There was a price drop while TV was being shipped so I called TD and they gave me an equivelent store credit. Good customer service! I recommend this unit! |

I bought this unit in early November. Great price: seemed like a steal of a deal for 1080p 28 inches. However, on the performance side, it leaves much to be desired. As a TV it is ok (somewhat blurry at times). However, if you were hoping to hook up a computer to this unit and use it as a monitor, this is not the one for you. You cannot disable the pixel processing which results in unreadable text at its native resolution. No amount of tinkering solved that problem. Hannspree actually replied that it is meant as a TV, not a monitor and for hooking up a computer it recommends setting at 1024x640. |

so far i love this tv its perfect size for my office, had a hard time getting it set up on the computer tv says 1920x1200 but goes black when i select that res, so i just left it at 1080 res...
one minor thing i dont know if its my computer or the tv buy every once in awhile the screen goes black for a sec like it is refreshing and i cant figure out how to stop it from doing that but its a great tv overall would recommend to anyone. |
