This monitor is connected to my Directv HD box with the included HDMI cable for our kitchen. It has an outstanding picture. The speakers as others have mentioned suck. |
The deal is great, but the product is not.

I purchased this monitor back in June of 2009 and at the time of reviving it, had a great product in my hands. Two months later, I started having problems with a red tint showing up over the entire screen, and sent it in for repairs. It has currently gone through two repairs and I am still sitting with a broken monitor, now in the process of getting it replaced by Acer. I have another monitor from Acer that works just fine, yet I am constantly having issues with this one. It may not be an Acer thing, but this brand of their product has caused me nothing but problems. I would attempt to look at a different monitor from their selection. The H223H is just no good. |

Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Very happy with the 3 cables and the warranty.Unlike some reviews,I found the base to be very sturdy. Excellent picture with vibrant color. Highly recommend this monitor. |

I did much research and could not find a better monitor for the price anywhere. Hook up was quick and easy. Monitor is clear, bright, and absolutely stunning. I upgraded from a 17 inch LCD and wonder now why I took so long to go ''big''. A new window of the world has opened up for me. This monitor is fabulous with a tremendous warranty to boot. |
