Bought this for my yonger brother and he can't stop saying how fast and powerful this device is. As someone who has used Nokia before, he did not have any problems using this cellphone, he likes the customization and the ability to download apps from the Nokia store. Overall, it turned out to be a great birthday gift! |

Great phone that I have been using for 5 months, until it got stolen a couple days ago. Only problem that I have had involves using it with prepaid services or any application that involves typing a sequence that ends with the hash or pound symbol and then the send or call button. It registers as an invalid number and won't send the request. This is something that comes up when you try to check your balance or to add more credit from a scratch card in Europe. There is an application update to download which solves it, but it's quite complicated. Hopefully a fix that can be made at the factory before distribution. |

This phone is incredible. Takes a bit to understand the OS and learn it, but that is to be expected. Kills an iPhone hands down. |

I LIKE USING NOKIA PRODUCTS. THIS PHONE IS COMPATIBLE WITH SKYPE. SKYPE IS VERY CLEAR. I HAVE SKYPE ANY WHERE I GO AND DO NOT BOTHER ABOUT MINUTES USE. |

I haven't had the best experiences with Nokias but this one seems different. One of my roommates has this and she loves it. She says she gets good internet, awesome camera, and the keyboard is really easy to use. Now for me I'd like to try it with a prepaid service to save some money. I believe Tracfone has a nokia phone with it's service. Anyone know anything about it? From what I've heard its really awesome :) |

1. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.
2. Manufacturer will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, they can't accept it back. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3. Manufacturer will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know it might've been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water or a swim in an ocean, they can't take it back. There are test indicators in the phone that let the manufacturer know that the handset has been wet. |
