Chili's

This restaurant and easy sports bar company was begun by Larry Lavine in Texas in 1975 and is currently owned and operated by Brinker International. In September 2017 Chili's changed things up, and kicked about 40 percent of its menu items off to bring the focus back to the basics, like burgers, ribs, and fajitas. Most of the restaurants also feature the typical corner sports bar, but with a bent towards family and sports fans instead of a harder bar clientele. The menu at Chili's features appetizers like the Triple Dipper, Southwestern Eggrolls, Skillet Queso, their famous Chips and Salsa, which are so addictive, Awesome Blossoms, Boneless and Bone-in Wings, Nachos, Fries and more. Their "Big Mouth Burgers" come in lots of varieties are are quite the meal, from the Boss Burger to the drippy Queso Burger, there is one to hit the spot for any fan. Big Mouth bites are smaller versions, to enjoy or share. The Texas-Size Back Ribs are smoked in-house over pecan wood and slow-cooked. And the steaks are hand-trimmed, 100% USDA ribeye and choice sirloin. Fajitas come in shrimp, chicken, steak and black bean and veggie options, served with Mexican rice, black beans and flour tortillas.
